Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Get SACI, LLC for your all-natural product needs. We appreciate your business and are committed to providing the highest quality products. Due to the nature of our all-natural items, we are only able to accept returns on unused, unopened products that have been pre-approved with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

No Returns on Used Products: For any essential oil product, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used, even if they are in otherwise perfect condition.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@getsaci.com. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards. If you have concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging, and must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: If a refund is necessary, we’ll process it to your original payment method within 10 business days of return approval. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@getsaci.com.
